May I send a photo or CD in the postal mail? Absolutely! If you don’t have a scanner or do not want to send the original photo, have a CD made through one of your local Fedex or Office supply stores.

Will my original photo be returned?
Your original photo or CD will be returned with the portrait.

We make every effort to return your original photo. Prior to sending it to use, we suggest you make a copy for your protection. Although very unlikely, there can be a problem beyond our control once it leaves our hands. If this does occur, we cannot be held responsible. If your photo is lost in the mail, we will print a copy from the scanned version and send it to you. OR, we will email the digital photo to you so you may print a copy.

What quality of photo should I send?
Send a photo that is not TOO light or TOO dark.
The photo that is sharp and most true-to-life in color, will provide a more realistic and better quality result. Files should have a minimum resolution of 100 dpi but higher resolution is best.

May I order additional canvases?
Yes! Additional canvases can be printed for an extra $25. Give them as gifts to different family members, friends or pet sitters. Pets are usually adored by more than one person!

Can you do 2 pets in the same portrait?
Yes, IF the 2 pets are in the SAME photo.

How about 2 pets in the same portrait using 2 separate photos?
Most likely, the quality of both pictures will not be equal and results may not be the best. We prefer that you order two separate portraits at the same time. We will review your photos and quote a DISCOUNT PRICE.

What if I don’t like the preview?
We want you to be happy! First, when ordering the portrait, fill in the Special Instructions box with your specifications on color, style, background, etc. OR leave the creativity up to us! Most of the portraits shown in the Before & After section, were created by Fetch A Photo with little or no customer input. You can see how talented and creative we are.

Fetch A Photo creates custom portraits and works very hard to satisfy our customers. Please read the following statements with regard to your portrait. If the email preview is not satisfactory, minor changes will be made without charge. If still not satisfactory, the work will cease and the customer's money will be refunded. If the customer requests to start completely over, an additional $25 will be charged.

What is the quality of your product? The canvas and the ink combination are rated by the manufacturer to last for over 100 years!. The special coating applied to the finished canvas does the following:

• prevents fade by adding UV protection
• provides moisture resistance
• is acid free and archival safe
• more than doubles the life of the digital art

How should I protect my portrait?
Treat it with care as you would a precious photo. Do not display or store in direct sunlight. Do not get the canvas wet. If it does get wet, blot the water droplets to prevent smear. Do not stretch the canvas.

Will you convert a colored photo to Black & White or an Antique tone?
Yes, just request it in the Special Instructions box. At NO EXTRA COST, you can order a B&W portrait with Color Tint. This effect creates an very unique portrait.
